When you shop with us or access the www.lunaco.co.uk website (the “Website”) and the content made available on this website, these Terms and Conditions apply. Please take the time to read them carefully as they set out what we expect from each other, and they also give you helpful information to avoid any nasty surprises.

When you place an order you’ll receive a confirmation email from us, if you don’t be sure to check your spam folder just in case. We only accept your order once the payment has been approved and we have debited your chosen payment method – then the contract is made based on these Terms and Conditions. 

If you realise you have made a mistake or need to make an amendment to your order, please contact us as promptly as possible by clicking here. 

All orders are subject to availability and there may occasionally be times where we need to cancel or refuse an order. Not to worry, if there’s an issue, we’ll get in touch with you straight away to clear everything up.

Unfortunately, we can’t always be perfect and sometimes mistakes happen. If we discover an error with a price or product description, we will resolve it ASAP. 

If we notice the mistake after you’ve placed an order, we’ll tell you straight away and you can either reconfirm (based on the correction) or opt to cancel. If we can’t get in touch with you, we’ll cancel the order and, if you’ve already paid, refund you in full. 

Depending on the value of your order or the delivery option you choose, delivery costs may apply. These charges will be clearly shown at the checkout. 

Prices include VAT where applicable. Some of our stock is sold under the VAT Margin Scheme. Please get in touch will us if you require any further details.

To shop with us you must use a payment method that we accept be authorised to use that payment method (e.g. a credit or debit card in your name or you have permission to use it). 

You must not misuse the Website by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or attempt to steal our or our customers’ data. 

Any breach of this will be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities and Lunaco will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. 

Although every effort has been made to keep our Website free from viruses and bugs we can’t guarantee this and recommend that you always use virus protection software to ensure you are protected against unwanted visitors. 

You agree to indemnify Lunaco, its Directors, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third-party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use, or misuse, of this Website or your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

You’re allowed to store, print and display our Website content only for your own personal use but you are not allowed to use any part of the Website for commercial purposes unless you have our express permission. 

You’re also not allowed to use the Lunaco logo or any Lunaco branding (or any which are colourably similar) without our express permission.
