What is Refurbished?

Once devices have passed our initial quality control, we then establish whether the condition of the device falls into our “Premium Quality” or “Grade B” category and repackage ready for sale. We also provide a standard 1 Year Warranty (upgradable to 2 Years) and a 14-day period in which you can return the product for whatever reason for a full refund, allowing for peace of mind and confidence when buying from Lunaco.

When you buy refurbished, you are helping to protect our planet from unnecessary pollution caused by the disposal of the old and manufacture of new devices. If that’s not enough, you can return your purchase to us within 14-days for whatever reason! 

Many refurbished devices come from manufacturers or resellers whose customers have returned a brand-new device for a number of reasons, even if it was just because they changed their mind. 

If the seal on the box is broken the device cannot be sold as new, so it comes to Lunaco to be resold as a refurbished device.
